Everest Charter School Application Process
Everest Charter School admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin, religion or gender. It is the intention of the school to reflect the community it serves and be open to any student residing in Broward County.
Application Process
The Open Enrollment period each year is March 1 - April 1. Applications are accepted in all grade levels.
Lottery: If the number of applications exceeds the number of available spaces for any grade level, a system generated, random lottery will be held to determine who is admitted. After April 1, applications will continue to be accepted and admission will be offered on a first-come first-served basis. If a lottery is required and your application was not submitted within the Open Enrollment window, your application will be positioned on the waiting list in the order in which it was received. Families who are sent an acceptance letter will be given a specific time frame to respond. If the school does not receive a response during the time frame outlined, the applicant will be removed from the accepted list and placed on the waiting list. Notification will be given immediately if an opening becomes available from the waiting list.
